Friends,
I have been a zealous Republican my entire life, and as such believe in hard work, limited government, less spending, and standing strong in the face of overwhelming odds. These are the principles that our founding fathers held.
But, once again, we are disappointed in Washington. We should have stood our ground, for it is unlikely that President Obama would have demeaned himself by becoming the first president to default on the debt.
We need to stop offering the excuse so prevalent on the Sunday talk shows-”living to fight another day”.
This is a battle for our country’s future, our children’s future, —a future of freedom or slavery. I am fighting to bring conservative solutions to Congress.
The National Anthem’s first stanza ends with a question: “Oh say, does that star-spangled banner yet wave, o’er the land of the free and the home of the brave?”. Join the battle! Your contribution of $10, $25 or $50 is critical to getting the message of liberty out to the voters!
